Spring for baby hammock

The Adamo spring is Adamo’s own development, designed for the original Adamo baby swing, with the involvement of development experts. Thanks to its unique calibration, you can easily soothe and develop your child.

The hammock itself provides a soothing sensation, but when combined with the spring, this experience can be enhanced even further. The spring increases the swinging sensation by at least 50%, as the baby not only moves forward, backward, or in a circular motion but also experiences an up-and-down movement thanks to the spring. This multi-directional movement contributes to your child’s neurological development.

Based on calibration, we distinguish two types: between 0-10 kg and between 10-15 kg, the correct selection of which greatly influences the success of inducing stimuli. Always choose the spring that corresponds to your baby’s weight!

After birth, it’s very important for babies to be rocked and swung since they already experienced this motion in the womb for 9 months. With our 0-10 kg spring, you’ll be able to gently move the baby up and down, thus replicating the motion they already know from the womb and which babies find most comforting.

The Adamo baby hammock spring is equipped with baby-friendly safety features and a protective cover. The spring is a constantly moving part that requires continuous monitoring during use. It is important to carefully check the attachment of the spring cover with safety straps during suspension!

If the baby is heavier than 10 kg or independently swings vigorously in the hammock (from around 8 months of age), then it’s time for the larger spring, which can be used up to 15 kg.
By this point, the baby will likely be sitting in the hammock, with their feet not touching the ground (adjusted with the height-adjustment component). Their center of gravity will be towards the front of the hammock, so the front bars will align with their shoulder height. This height encourages them to press down with their bottom and bounce!
