Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return period, meaning that you may request to return the product within 30 days of receiving it.

A product may only be returned if it is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with its tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or other document proving the purchase.

To initiate the return process, email us at: info@adamo.hu. The product must be returned to the following address: 6640, Csongrád, Dózsa Gy. tér 18.

If we find your refund request to be valid, we will ask you to send the product back to us or send you a return shipping label (and an invoice for the shipping cost), along with instructions on how and where to return the product. We do not accept products whose return has not been requested in advance.

Damage and other product issues
Inspect your shipment upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product arrives defective or damaged, or if you received a product different from the one you ordered, so that we can investigate the matter and take the necessary steps.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Certain types of products cannot be returned. These include custom-made products (for example, products made to order or personalized products with embroidery). If you have a question or complaint regarding a specific product, please contact us. 

We are unable to accept products purchased on sale or gift cards for return.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the desired product is to return the product you received and, once it has been accepted as a return, purchase the desired product again.

14-day cooling-off period applicable in the European Union
Regardless of the above, for products delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason and return the ordered product within 14 days. The above conditions also apply in this case: the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, its tags must not have been removed, and it must be returned in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or other document proving the purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected the returned product and let you know whether we have approved your refund request. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund and credit it back to your account.
